Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We do allow exchanges, ONLY if the item is defective on our end, or you received the wrong item.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@twistedprettyhaircare.com and we will direct you on how and where to ship your defective item to for the exchange process to begin.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
