Shipping & Returns
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds. We do allow exchanges, ONLY if the item is defective on our end, or you received the wrong item.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged on our end. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will direct you on how and where to ship your defective item to for the exchange process to begin.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is ever a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will notify you via email.
Shipping rates & Delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Allow at least 24 hours for the carrier’s system to update before the tracking number is active.
Twisted Pretty Braid Care is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
